		Frank Conklin Owner/Broker frankconklin@conklinrealestate.net Frank Conklin is the man behind Conklin Real Estate. He built the company with the goal of offering reliable, effective and personal service. After attending University of Michigan, he has been involved in real estate for over 35 years and was a custom builder for 15 years. Frank is highly respected in the community, having been on the Glenn Community Center Board and Glenn School Board for a total of 22 years. He has also serves as a trustee of the South Haven Elks and is a Kiwanis Member in South Haven.
		Kay Conklin Broker/Support Staff kayconklin@conklinrealestate.net Kay graduated from Holland High School, Grand Rapids Junior College and Central Michigan University. She has been an office manager for successful businesses for many years and has worked in real estate since 1968. She is very involved in the community having served on as Glenn Community Center secretary for 12 years and Glenn Public School board president for 15 years. She is also a trustee of the Glenn Area Business Association and is on the Allegan Co. Heritage Trail Committee.
		Cheryl (Cheri) Brenner Associate Broker cheribrenner@conklinrealestate.net Cheri was born in South Haven and lived in the area all her life, except when she joined her husband in Germany while he served in the Army. Cheri and her husband live on the property that was originally part of the farm she grew up on. Cheri has an Associate Degree in business and has worked for 40 years locally in various business fields. In 2006, she decided to take a different direction in her career and entered the real estate business. She is a friendly person, honest, enjoys working with people and strives to do her best for her clients.
		Scott Bruursema Associate Broker scottbruursema@conklinrealestate.net After working as a teacher in the South Haven Schools for 20 years, Scott decided to go in another direction and work in Real Estate. He also owns and operates Radseck Farm Market and takes fruit and vegetables to the Holland Farmers Market. He has served for 22 years on the Glenn School Board.
		Ron Colsen Associate Broker roncolsen@conklinrealestate.net Ron has worked with Conklin Real Estate for seven years after a 22 year career in the investment community in Chicago. Whether it is a home, cottage or a piece of property, Ron enjoys assisting clients in the search, selection, negotiation and closing process. He works on the client's behalf to help them buy the real estate that they have been dreaming of.
		Terry Conklin Associate Broker terryconklin@conklinrealestate.net Terry has lived in the Glenn, South Haven and Saugatuck area for 35 years and has a vast knowledge of the properties and the people in the area. Having worked in the real estate business for 10 years, he brings in the knowledge and experience of all his working experiences in different fields, enabling him to listen to his clients effectively and helping them make the best decisions on buying and selling properties.
		Sue Hutchins Support Staff suehutchins@conklinrealestate.net Sue works with Frank as his assistant to ensure that Conklin Real Estate provides the best in service. She was born and raised in Texas. In 1999, she moved with her husband to his hometown of Glenn, Michigan. She taught elementary school for 23 years and has over 10 years of management experience. Her friendly manner, organizational skills and a love for homes make Sue a perfect match for Conklin Real Estate.
